Herança Residência — €25,000

Herança Visionário — €50,000
- All benefits above plus extended stays, custom artwork, designed and fitted Silvia Teixeira costume, 3% shares in the property,and future investment priority.

1. What is the Heritage Circle?
The Heritage Circle is a founding membership for those who want to be part of creating something meaningful — a classical riding and wellness sanctuary in Portugal. Members contribute a one- time amount in return for annual stays, exclusive access, and founding recognition over a 5- or 10- year period.
2. Is this an investment in property?
No — this is not a Einancial investment. It is a membership contribution in return for deEined beneEits-in-kind: beautiful annual stays, priority access to riding and wellness, and discounts on shop items. No shares, returns, or repayments are involved.
3. Where does the money go?
Funds are received into a dedicated Lusitano Heritage account, then transferred to our Portuguese company, Proezas Diarias Lda, which holds a 10% share in the property project. The money is used to build retreat accommodations and enhance the land for founders’ future use.
4. What happens if the project is delayed?
Member beneEits begin in May 2026, aligned with the planned opening of the cabins. If there are any delays in construction, we will provide alternative accommodation in the main house or locally.
5. What if the project fails?
While we are fully committed and carefully structured, we also believe in full transparency. In the unlikely event the project does not proceed as planned, we will offer equivalent stays or credit to use on our other services — such as clinics, lessons, or online offerings —
6. Is the membership paid yearly or once?
It is a one-time payment. You choose your level (5 years or 10 years), and enjoy your beneEits annually with no further cost.
7. Can I gift or transfer my membership?
Yes. With written approval, your membership can be gifted or transferred to another person — for example, a partner, friend, or family member.
8. What’s included each year?
Depending on your level, you’ll receive:
– 3 to 7 nights annual retreat accommodation
– Exclusive access to classical dressage, wellness sessions & events – Discounts on the Lusitano Heritage Shop (10–15%)
– Recognition as a founding member
– Priority booking and founders-only gatherings
9. Can I use my stay flexibly?
Yes — your annual stay can be taken all at once or split across visits, subject to availability. We aim to offer maximum Elexibility for our members.
10. What makes this project unique?
Lusitano Heritage is not just a riding retreat — it’s a vision rooted in tradition, soul, and sustainability. Our sanctuary lies in a historic region once home to Mestre Nuno Oliveira, near the royal Tapada and Mafra Palace, just 35 minutes from Lisbon airport. Every part of the project honors craft, culture, and connection to the land.
11. Can bespoke packages be arranged?
Yes — while most members choose one of the standard tiers, we’re happy to explore bespoke founder options for those who wish to contribute differently, travel with family, or build a more tailored relationship with Lusitano Heritage.

12. Will I receive a signed agreement?
Yes. Every Heritage Circle member receives a personalized signed agreement conEirming all details of the membership, beneEits, and usage rights. It ensures clarity and mutual understanding from the beginning.
13. What about equity shareholders?
Those participating through equity contributions will receive:
– A formal shareholder agreement
– Yearly Einancial correspondence and updates
– Clear reporting on the property company and project development
